Dr. Jennifer Knobbe DC, FASA, BA
Dr. Jennifer was born and raised in Carroll, Iowa. She now calls Ankeny, Iowa home and is incredibly blessed to be serving this friendly and family-oriented community. Dr. Jennifer is the oldest of four children with the most amazing parents. Family is very important to Dr. Jennifer and she makes sure all of her patients and team feel like family.
Dr. Jennifer knew she wanted to be a chiropractor since sixth grade, after completing a project, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Dr. Jennifer feels grateful to live out her dreams that she has dreamed of her whole life every day by serving the amazing patients of this community.
Dr. Jennifer graduated high school from Kuemper High School and completed her undergraduate studies at Central College in Pella, Iowa. While attending classes there, Dr. Jennifer also played varsity tennis all four years which is one of her passions. While attending college, she was able to study abroad in London, UK. During her time in London, she had the privilege of studying under three outstanding Chiropractors where she learned a lifetime of knowledge that would later help her in practice.
Dr. Jennifer continued to get her education and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic College, in Overland Park, KS; she had the opportunity to train and work under Dr. Richard Yennie, the pioneer of Chiropractic Acupuncture. Dr. Jennifer has the honor of being certified in Chiropractic Acupuncture and a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America. In May of 2012, Dr. Jennifer was blessed to study in China with Dr. Yennie, where she advanced her education that lead her to be able to serve back here in Iowa.
Dr. Jennifer could not have traveled this journey alone; Dr. Jennifer says she had the best support anyone could ask for, her best friend and husband, Aaron! They have two beautiful children; Londyn and Paxton. During their free time, you can find them outside riding bikes, playing tennis, and hitting golf balls! Dr. Jennifer looks forward to serving you!

Lindsey Mumaw
Chiropractic Assistant
Lindsey grew up in the small town of Osceola, Iowa and recently moved to Altoona. She is the middle child of her three sisters and three brothers. She is blessed to have such a loving big family.
Lindsey enjoys spending her free time volunteering for the Special Olympics. Lindsey is passionate about this incredible organization in memory of her brother. She and her boyfriend, Tony, enjoy going hiking and spending time outside with their Australian Shepheard dog, Everleigh. They enjoy restoring motorcycles and going on rides in the warm weather.
Lindsey is beyond blessed to be a part of your healing journey and looks forward to meeting you soon! She loves being able to enrich the lives of others through chiropractic. Lindsey has seen a chiropractor throughout her whole life.

Taylor Kopcho
Chiropractic Assistant
Taylor grew up in Omaha, NE and moved to Madrid, IA in 2020. She grew up as an only child, but was surrounded by her older cousins who took her in as a little sister.
Taylor enjoys spending her free time by riding and competing with her reining horses. Along with gardening, Taylor and her boyfriend, Matt, enjoy spending time outdoors together by hiking and hunting. They also enjoy spending their outdoor time with their dogs Husker and Maya.
